HIGH TIDE ROOM This beautiful wood paneled hall is the ultimate versatile space. The Galleries close proximity to the beach and good public transport links ensure all exhibitions are well attended. This turnaround ensures a diverse and exciting range of exhibitions at the Pavilion. BONDI PAVILION GALLERY (12m x 10.2m) The Bondi Pavilion Gallery is available for hire for two week exhibitions through out the year. See the Bondi Pavilion music studios web page on the Waverley Council web site to read the bios of each of our engineers. Hirers wishing to make a recording must use a production sound engineer from the Waverley council approved list. The BPM Recording Studio is available for hire in conjunction with one or both of the rehearsal studios. Trestle tables, chairs and whiteboards also available. The rooms are air-conditioned and both are equipped with upright pianos. Both studios have the capacity to cater for eight-piece bands and both are equipped with a PA for hire. The soundproof studios are ideal for music rehearsals and workshops. Ocean room Dolphin room BONDI PAVILION MUSIC STUDIOS The Bondi Pavilion Music Studio suite consists of two rehearsal rooms and a recording studio. The Ocean room has the added attraction of French doors leading onto the Pavilion balcony with its unrivaled views over the iconic Bondi Beach. The hire includes 4 trestle tables, a white board, 25 chairs, a ceiling fan and a heater. Both rooms both sit 25 people comfortably. They are perfect for hosting meetings, training sessions, rehearsals and discussion groups. Both the Ocean room and the Dolphin room are located on the first floor of the main Pavilion building. MEETING ROOMS The Bondi Pavilion has two meeting rooms available for hire. NB There is no kitchen as part of the Beach View Rooms; hirers may have a gas BBQ on the balcony or alternatively bring in outside catering for their event. - A portable stage is available for hire if required. - The venue is disability accessible with a lift to the first floor. - Venue hire includes 12 trestle or round tables and 250 chairs. The room seats approximately 180 seated around tables and 250 in a seated audience. - The Seagull room is a 12m x 17m hall with an Art Deco ambiance, with large arched windows along the northern wall and a sprung polished timber floor and variable lighting. - Licensing stipulates that all alcohol must be purchased through Bondi Pavilion Theatre Bar and cannot be supplied after midnight. With great service, reasonable prices and a perfect location, why look anywhere else? - The venue is available for function hire on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoon and evenings. Relax and let the newly renovated, fully stocked and staffed Bondi Pavilion Theatre Bar take care of the drinks. The venue is suitable for functions of 50-300 people. The Beach view rooms comprise of the Seagull room, Ocean Room and the northern part of the Pavilion Balcony. BEACH VIEW ROOMS Enjoy the ultimate view of Australia's most iconic beach from the expansive Pavilion balcony. There is a 6m x 2m stage erected in the northern end of the room, additional staging is available for hire if required. The room hire includes use of the adjoining kitchen plus access to 12 trestle or round tables and 250 chairs. The room is 28m x 8m and can seat 220 people around tables and 300 in a seated audience. The room is an ideal space for functions, performances, parties, and fitness classes. The room is light and bright, with a sprung polished timber floor and a row of French doors along the eastern wall which open out onto a large paved courtyard. Hirers have access to a professional hanging system of hooks and lines, plinths and a glass display cabinet. Exhibitors are chosen through a submissions process.
