Our Nuyarn is sourced from New Zealand and is the finest wool yarn available. The technology behind Nuyarn allows us to give a superior ultra fine wool that is perfect to be worn after to the skin due to the diverse structure of the yarn. Our cools made from Nuyarn have greater softness and comfort than those made from normal yarns, they are free from spirality, 50 stronger, 35 warmer, arid 5 times faster and have superior performance than their traditional equilivents. We receive these normally new fibers and transform them into a valuable resource Cipro. Cipro has properties that cotton doesn’t have, a softer and smoother touch to the skin, a breathable fiber with micro pores that quickly absorb moisture keeping you chilly and reducing clinging and dampness. These features allow you to feel cool in Summer and warm in Winter making it comfortable to wear all year round. Behind 30 days, Metalicus cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects (detailed further below). Vouchers can only be redeemed on presentation of the member card and corresponding photo identification. If you make a purchase using a voucher and then return the purchase, the refund will be credited to the members account in the month that the refund was made. Only vouchers from one Member card can be presented per transaction. Vouchers cannot be redeemed as portion of a Gift Voucher purchase. Unless stated otherwise on the voucher, all vouchers expire at midnight on the last day of the month in which they are issued. You will be rewarded with a reward gift voucher based on the total you have spent at Metalicus at the last of a given calendar month. The reward gift voucher must be spent during the calendar month in which it is issued. All Loyalty rewards expire at midnight on the final day of the month of which the reward was issued unless otherwise stated. What happens when I want a refund on a product purchased with a loyalty voucher? Refunds for purchases made using a loyalty voucher must be claimed in the equivalent month the voucher was issued. To ensure all our products are ethically sourced and manufactured our factories must conform with all the lower statements: Employee wages must face the minimum requirement. If we find any evidence of careless or noncompliance to minimum standards we take action by ceasing to store tomorrow orders with that company until they prove their standards are at needed levels.
