Jim Hades, the Managing Director, works solid to ensure CRT Access operates effectively and efficiently and has earned a huge reputation over the years generating lots of repeats business for all aspects of abseiling and height safety related work. He has over 20 years experience within the industry and is one of only a handful of irate Assessors worldwide. As an owner operated business we have a vested interest in ensuring client satisfaction. As one of the leading rope access specialists, we work with upstanding clients across Sydney to produce a range of professional rope access services. CRT Access donate a total service in painting and waterproofing. CRT Access offers a stuffed range of inspection services on all. Passed with excellent results due to their high standard of training and facilities. Will be advising mates to go to CRT for their following course. Jim's training was thorough and he went beyond (even overtime) to ensure highest safety and technique is learned. The way Jim teaches was very effective and clear, he made sure of total understanding on the skills and man oeuvres we had to pull off. Jim has immense communication, a prosperity of knowledge and is very professional in his approach to irate training. Awesome training facilities and Jim was always willing and ready to assist me out with something I didn't understand. Jim is an excellent trainer, eternal accommodating to produce additional one on one time to ensure a complete understanding of the processes man oeuvres was achieved. Elizabeth Plaza Facade render repairs and painting. Every year behind an engineers report (which we often assist with) we attend site to rectify any issues on the precast definite panels. Occupied closely with on site Engineers CRT Access performed a detailed photographic survey of the corroded structure of the bridge to ascertain the repairs required. Major render repairs were needed on this building due predominantly to poorly rendered slab bands, behind removing all crummy materials we then installed functional expansion joints to thwart further render delamination. Major render repairs were required on this building, including the installation of functional expansion joints to prevent further render delamination. It is recognized that the safety, application and effectiveness of industrial rope access methods depend upon both the capabilities of the personnel who perform them and those responsible for these people. Hesse should have some knowledge of legislation, safety requirements and quality assurance procedures relating to rope access. Be qualified of site supervision for rope access labor projects. Be able to demonstrate all the skills and knowledge required of levels 1 and 2. Have a comprehensive knowledge of advanced rescue techniques. CRT Access Definite and render repair Elizabeth Plaza Facade render repairs and painting. CRT Access Concrete and render mend Pacific Square Facade render repairs and painting. utilizing specialist techniques they were capable to labor successfully on the overhanging sections. CRT Access performed all repairs to a very high specification using a high construct two load coating system We also provided an accurate photographic survey of the structure for future reference. We then painted the total facade using two different colors to give the building a much needed face lift.
