She is now a proud member of the health space team at bondi junction. She especially loves incorporating nutrition, functional neurology and specific rehabilitation exercises into treatments to ensure everyone gets the most out of every session. Techniques used include diversified, thompson drop piece, sot and activator method. Katrina uses a variety of techniques to provide safe, enjoyable and effective care to all her clients. Recognizing that every individual is unique, her objective is to create an individualised care plan tailored to each of her clients specific needs and aspirations. To ensure clients enjoy their treatments as well as achieve results she implements a multi-disciplinary approach which includes adjustments with soft tissue work, postural care, stretching, and rehabilitative exercises. She is committed to ongoing education and keeping up-to-date with the latest chiropractic techniques and research with extra study in sot and various muscle release techniques. Having studied at macquarie university to gain her bachelor and master of chiropractic degrees, katrina combines her passion for sport and rehabilitation to assist people in their journey to optimal health.
